Our Case manager will create a holistic plan for your individual needs.

It begins with a 45-point assessment that considers a wide scope of matters in the client’s life relating to health, finance, legal, estate management and funeral planning.

Upon receipt of the assessment, the case manager develops a personalized portfolio that further explores statistics, implications, step to take, tips and tools, as well as a check list of to do’s.

Once completed, the case manager follows up and schedules a meeting with the client for a personalized consultation to review the portfolio.

The AGE Program can be purchased for $695 as a stand-alone service, or it can be added to your Advance Planning Insurance policy.

Clients also have the option to purchase the AGE Program Plus for an additional $700, providing an additional 8-week support package.

When using your AGE program with your spouse, we offer the option to plan as a couple for an additional $150.

What is Advisorly’s AGE Portfolio comprised of?

The personalized portfolio is developed from the results of the assessment and provides statistics, implications, step to take, tips and tools, as well as a check list of to do’s.

What is the difference between the AGE Package and the AGE Plus package?

The AGE Program Plus package provides an additional 8-week support package that includes, phone, video, and email correspondence to further assist you through each action step.

How soon will I receive my personalized portfolio?

The portfolio will usually be available in a week, but this may vary, depending upon the specific needs and scope of information required in the portfolio.

Is there an annual subscription I need to pay?

No. The AGE Program itself costs $695, a one-time fee.

Will my information be shared with anyone else?

Only if you consent will your information be shared with partners who provide services discussed in your AGE Portfolio.

Does my family need to be present at the consultations?

Your family does not need to be present; however, you may find it helpful to bring along a spouse or other family member to support you through the process.

How long does the assessment take and also the consultation to discuss my portfolio?

The assessment itself can be done in the comfort of your home, in person or over the phone in 1 hour.

The follow-up consultation to discuss the results of the portfolio usually run about 60-90 minutes long.

I’m helping my mom get organized and she needs the AGE Program.  I live out of town and can’t come in for a meeting.  How will this work?

If you are unable to meet in person, we have the ability to meet over the phone, or by video or internet. You can work with your case manager to find the option that best works for you.
